Ingredients
16oz Package Elbow Macaroni
3 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Flour
3 Cups Milk
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until sauce thickens. Stir in salt and pepper.
Stir cheese sauce into cooked pasta.
Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes.
